Somewhat like Smashburger, you get your choice of beef, turkey or Veggie (Beyond/Impossible?) Burger, served on a potato bun or lettuce wrapped, choice of condiments, they have regular and sweet potato fries, cheese sauce, variety of drinks, frozen yogurt flavors. Not much ambiance but its fast-casual. You order at the counter and serve yourself. Everything was fresh and delicious. Very noisy with the local kids. Wheelchair accessible.
My favorite place in the neighborhood that makes me happy that my parents are still local. I love how many options and how customizable the burger are at Yo-Burger. Yogurt as well, there's at least 4 flavors in rotation. I love the cheese fries and that I can get my burger lettuce wrapped. There's tons of options for vegetarians. The food is always ready quickly and the staff is very attentive which is great when there's such a varied menu. I like the covered outdoor picnic tables but there is indoor seating available as well. It's our go to stop to grab takeout whenever we're in the area even though we moved to Brooklyn.
I have been coming here for years and sadly never penned a review. Well here we go, after a long week Friday night called for some burgers. Bestie and I lucked up on parking and headed in to place our orders. As always, a turkey burger, sweet potato fries, and angry orchard x 2. We paid grabbed some ketchup and some seats at an available table as we waited for our buzzer to jump. Then we Enjoyed! Burgers are made to order and fries are hot, crispy and yet fluffy. The angry orchard on tap is cold and crisp. Never a bad decision when in the area. Just A Note: If waiting is not your thing... Never park in front. This stretch of Riverdale Ave. is the double-parking capital. People will block you in and disappear and when they final return do not expect any sense of urgency.
Great fresh tasting food. Reminds me of California style burgers. Yo-Burgers concept is simple: Build it Your Way. They also have frozen yogurt too! Parking is rough and seating is tight. But the food is on point! If your every in the area. GET SOME!!!!
For a fast food place the burgers are amazing and the options to customize your burger are insane. The only problem is the tight seating in the winter and the parking. I'm not one to usually complain about that but now that I'm handicapped I have to sit inside cause the outside tables in the summer don't have backings on them and I can't sit there. I would take the food to go but by the time you get the food home the fries are ice cold and the hamburgers are at a par level by that point. Otherwise when you eat it there you want more and more. For the most part they are friendly and willing to help you
